The FACE Christmas Fair was held on 2 December at the Edinburgh Cancer Centre, Western General Hospital.
We were delighted to welcome this year Iain Waugh (Radio Borders) to open the Fair.
The Fair was again a mix of stalls, games, refreshments and entertainment – for all the family.
Santa was there with his sleigh and we also welcomed back the Lothian & Borders Police Motorbikes who were joined outside by a fire engine.
Thanks to all the publicity beforehand it was really busy, the weather was kind to us and at the end of the day the total raised will be around £14,000, which is amazing. Thanks very much to everyone who came along.
Thanks to all those who looked after stalls, donated items for the Fair and were involved in the organising & planning. There were over 80 people helping out on the day – old and new faces.
The winning raffle tickets were drawn as the Fair drew to a close – but again everyone was a winner on the day…….
