A complementary therapy service was set up over 20 years ago to provide comfort to patients in both the Western General Hospital and Royal Infirmary Edinburgh, mainly within the oncology and palliative care units.
FACE has supported this service since it began, we know what a difference it makes for the patients.
We received a lovely note from Anne Hally and a picture of the therapist team.
‘The therapists see around 40 patients every week and offer gentle, holistic touch, reflexology and aromatherapy. The service is greatly appreciated so it is wonderful to have the amazing support of FACE.’
