FACE were delighted to be one of the teams recognised for their voluntary work, at an event ceremony held in the Edinburgh City Chambers during volunteers’ week in June. It was a night where the Lord Provost of Edinburgh was ‘recognising the fantastic achievements of all our amazing volunteers in Edinburgh.’
The Lord Provost presented FACE with an Inspiring Volunteer Award under the ‘team’ category, in appreciation of what we do to support patients & families impacted by cancer at the Western General Hospital.
The FACE representatives, their familiar faces seen here, met so many other wonderful & inspiring people on the night.
