This year’s Lapland Trip on Sunday 7th December 2025 was amazingly the 31st time FACE had taken children & families to meet Santa Claus in Lapland.
Christmas can be such a difficult time for people as they cope with the loss of a loved one and the FACE team do everything they can to make the experience special for those travelling with us.
It is a special day which means so much to everyone who joins FACE on the trip and we continue to receive wonderful feedback from families who made the trip with us in years gone by.
Lots of people helped make this year’s trip to Lapland a special one. A big thank you to Canterbury Travel, all our friends at Edinburgh Airport for the warm early morning welcome and to all at Jet 2 (including the pilots & the crew) for looking after us on our travels and letting FACE take over the plane PA system for some Christmas Karaoke . And for making the trip so magical we owe so much to Santa and all his helpers in Lapland.
Thank you to everyone who’s volunteered, supported or raised funds to enable FACE to make the Lapland Trip happen, help create lovely memories for families who have lost loved ones.
